When faced with an entrepreneur who has a dilemma to solve, I love to tell them to simply flip a coin. Not because it’s the easy way out, but because I trust the entrepreneur to deep down know what she or he needs to do anyway. 

Flipping a coin will either confirm you in your decision, or make you dig-up the reasons for the coin to have given you the wrong answer.

It works every single time ?
