In real life, I would assume that most parents trust their respective partners not with just their life, but with that of their children as well… how is that for business owners and their employees though?

Are you the relaxed founder who empowers their team to just get on with things; or are you the hovering micro-manager who doesn’t trust their team to get anything right and therefor can’t leave them alone not even for a minute?
