The one thing I like most about what I do, is to meet with participants – it always gives me great energy not just to give feedback on how they can improve their business, but also get feedback on how I can improve mine.

It is interesting to see how people are always uncomfortable though to return the favor of being brutally honest back to me. While the best way for me to grow my business, is by knowing my areas for improvement… and who better to provide these insights than my customers?!!
