Do we always want artificial intelligence to do our thinking for us?

Ah, Artificial Intelligence as the magic tool for making everything in life easier… but should it? Yesterday someone pinged me on WhatsApp to gauge my interest in an A.I. solution that can write business plans for you. I am sure there is a market for this, but…

A business plan should be about a founder’s vision and how she or he is planning to achieve that vision. If we leave the writing of a business plan to Artificial Intelligence, what necessity will a founder have to reflect and review on her/his ideas? How will an investor be able to gauge the viability of the founder and their business (idea)?

SPARK OF THE DAY

Writing a business plan can be tedious, and if you are a pitchpreneur just interested in getting funded then by all means, go for an A.I. written business plan.

But if you’re serious about starting a sustainable and profitable business, there are no shortcuts. You’ll only find the right investor for your business if you know what you’re looking for and are able to communicate that… in a business plan.

I’m interested in hearing opposing views though…
